1. About MusikaHub

MusikaHub is a WhatsApp-based job marketplace operated by Sanganai Digital Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, registered in Zimbabwe. We provide a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We are not a recruitment agency and do not participate in hiring decisions.

2. Eligibility

1. You must be 18 years or older to use MusikaHub.
2. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. You may only create one account per WhatsApp number.

3. User Responsibilities

1. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any job listings, applications or messages you submit.
2. You must not post fake, misleading or fraudulent listings.
3. You must not spam, harass or send unsolicited messages to other users.
4. You must not use MusikaHub for any illegal purpose.
5. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your WhatsApp number on our platform.

4. Contact Details and Privacy

1. Your WhatsApp number will only be shared with another user when you explicitly apply for a job or an employer chooses to share contact details with you.
2. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. By using MusikaHub you consent to receiving platform notifications, job alerts and occasional sponsored content via WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time by sending STOP.
4. Sponsored content opt-outs last 30 days and then automatically reactivate.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

1. Browsing job listings on MusikaHub is free.
2. Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are displayed clearly before purchase.
3. All payments are final and non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise required by applicable Zimbabwean law.
4. Sanganai Digital Solutions reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
5. We are not responsible for any payment disputes between users and third-party payment providers such as EcoCash or PayPal.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. MusikaHub is a platform only. We are not responsible for the outcome of any job application, hiring decision, employment relationship or dispute between users.
2. We do not verify the accuracy of job listings or applicant information.
3. Sanganai Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of MusikaHub, including but not limited to lost income, missed opportunities or data loss.
4. We make no guarantee of employment or successful hiring outcomes.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

1. All content you post on MusikaHub remains your property. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our platform.
2. The MusikaHub name, logo and platform design are the property of Sanganai Digital Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. You may not copy or use them without written permission.

8. Account Suspension

1. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
2. Suspended users will not receive a refund of any subscription fees paid.
3. You may appeal a suspension by contacting us on WhatsApp: +263 774 509 128.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MusikaHub after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via WhatsApp.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe.
